Renting conditions
The renter must be at least 21 years old and have an international driver's license or car driving license as issued by a government agency.

Driver must have held their driving licence for at least 12 months.

A deposit of 5,000-10,000 baht (cash or MasterCard/VISA) is required, with a 3% fee for credit cards. Refunds are issued in cash only.

The minimum car rental period is two days, giving you enough time to explore comfortably.
Rules for using a car
Driver and passengers must wear seatbelts if fitted, wherever they’re sitting in the car
Don`t smoke cigarettes/iQOS/e-cigarettes in a car
Don`t drive on unpaved roads or roads in poor condition that could damage the car
Don`t drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other type of narcotic substances
In any way break the highway code, road traffic laws or other laws
Don`t carry passengers for hire or reward

All cars in the Rita Car rental system have basic first-class insurance (which is included in the rental fee), but this does not include deductibles in the event of an accident where the customer is at fault or there is no other party.
If there is an accident Where you are at fault or is no other party, the car rental company will collect damages (“first damages”) between 1,000 - 50,000 baht at rates based on the type of car

We do not deliver the car to the airport. We provide delivered servicing only on Khaolak area. If you need to delivering not the Khaolak area there will be an additional delivery fee. The cost depends on the distance
You can drive a car only in Phang Nga, Surat Thani, Krabi and Phuket. If leave these area, the will automatically shutdown.
In the event of a breakdown, accident or mechanical difficulties, you must call the car hire company immediately. They must give authority for repairs or replacement cars. Please keep copies of all documentation you are asked to complete. This may be needed if you wish to make a claim. For accidents, a police report and an incident report from the car hire counter will be required
You should provide your passport, international diving license and deposit: cash or credit card. Deposit with a credit card will incur an additional charge (3% of total)
